The science behind ZIPPKOOL.

The key to Air Conditioned Clothing's patents and technology is that it not only uses a fan attached to clothing, but also uses the human body's inherent mechanism to "lower body temperature using the heat of evaporation when sweat evaporates". This is called the Physiological Cooler®. The point lies in the application of the theory that Air-conditioned clothing® creates a large amount of airflow parallel to the body between the body and the clothing, promoting the evaporation of sweat and lowering body temperature and perceived temperature. It keeps you comfortable, even in high outside temperatures by evaporating sweat The system only cools the person instead of cooling the entire room.

The Fan.

Two fans draw outside air into your clothes and the heat from evaporated sweat cools your body. The refreshing feeling of Air Conditioned Clothes® is a completely new feeling that only those who wear it can experience.

Adjustment Cord.

The amount of air flowing increases and the coolness increases. Fastening the adjustment cord in the collar creates an air passage between the neck and the air-conditioned clothingⓇ, creating a cool and comfortable environment.

Elastic Hem.

Create an airflow without letting the wind escape.  

The outside air is drawn in by two fans and exhausted through the collar and cuffs, while the sweat evaporates. The hem is designed to prevent air from leaking.

COOLING EFFECT OF AIR-CONDITIONED CLOTHES®

Air-conditioned® clothing can significantly increase the temperature range in which you feel comfortable.

Because humans do not have the ability to blow air to the surface of the body and evaporate sweat, the temperature range in which the Physiological Cooler® can be effective is limited. In other words, the Human Cooler® is fully effective because it has a mechanism for evaporating sweat. Air-conditioned clothes® utilize the principle of this menstrual cooler®. By creating a state in which the Physiological Cooler® is operating correctly [a state in which the sweat that you sweat continues to evaporate instantly], the amount of perspiration will be the amount that your body needs, and it will provide appropriate cooling according to the condition when you wear it.

Effective range of air-conditioned clothing®

The maximum effect will vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the place where it is worn. Air-conditioned clothing® uses a small fan attached to the clothing to draw outside air into the clothing to achieve a cooling effect.
